These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dust Devotion website and services. By submitting a quote request or booking a cleaning service, you agree to these terms.
Dust Devotion provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Southeastern Connecticut, including but not limited to standard cleans, deep cleans, move-out cleans, recurring cleaning, and boat/marine cleaning. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Submitting a quote request form does not constitute a booking or guarantee of service. A Dust Devotion representative will follow up to confirm pricing, availability, and scheduling. No payment is required at the time of quote submission.
By providing your phone number and submitting our quote request form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Dust Devotion. Message frequency is one message per quote request. Message and data rates may apply.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed cleaning appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that Dust Devotion staff has safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.
Dust Devotion is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed prior to service.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major digital payment methods. Pricing is confirmed prior to each appointment.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
